I am very excited to do the 365 project. It is a commitment to take a photo a day. That is the only rules. Whatever subject you want, just get the camera out. And that is my goal, as much as I love to take pics and scrapbook, sometimes I just let the opportunities pass me by. There are so many times that I see things the girls did, and smile to myself and think I should take a picture of that, but just too busy or tired to bother.
I am not talking about the major things, but the tiny little things. Like the interesting places they put things (barrett clipped to the shade on the front door) I often wonder what went through their minds when they put them there.
So that is my goal for the 365 project. To photograph the little things, I want a collection of photographs at the end of the year, not of people and places, but of little things that make up our lives.
For the first picture, I took a photo of a display of coconut water at the grocery store. I love coconut water and usually have one a day, my 2nd is the Harry Potter book that I am reading to the girls (and secretly think that I will be reading it forever). So I am excited to look at the world with different eyes and a lot less laziness. 365 here I go!
Nice goal! Are you keeping up with it so far? :)
